Milestones are a big deal. And this year is a big year for my two beautiful nieces. My oldest niece Jaden, who is 10, started middle school. Yes, I am old enough to have a niece in middle school! Genna, my youngest niece, is five, and she started Kindergarten this year. Sigh. It is hard to believe how fast they have both grown up- seems like just yesterday they were little babies!! So in honor of these milestone years, we decided to have a fun little photo session to really show off their personalities, and all the things they are into right now. Jaden loves Converse (in every color imaginable!) and Harry Potter, in case you couldn't figure it out. And she is in that preteen age that we all know is oh so much fun and full of fun and attitude! Genna...oh Genna. This little girl just makes me laugh all the time. She decided to throw on her gymnastics tutu and just have some fun. And her firecracker, bubbly, 5 year old personality came shining through in these pictures. We just wanted to have some fun, and capture this time in their life. That way, when they are 25 and start dating, we can pull them out and show the boys they bring home! :)
I love both of you girls to pieces, and I am so lucky to have such great kiddos in my life. You make me laugh, and smile, and I cherish every single moment I get to spend with you. Hope you enjoy these for many years to come!
