I Heart Faces- Let Them Be Little

The theme for this weeks I Heart Faces photo challenge is "Let Them Be Little".  I had a hard time deciding which photo to post, but this was definitely the first one that came to mind.  This little cuties mom brought the football helmet for a shoot on Kyle Field, and said "well, I dont think he will wear it, but we can try to get a couple quick shots."  So she put it on, and this was one of the results.  Funny thing is, this is one of my absolute favorite pictures from the day!! If you look in his helmet you will see shadows. The big shadow is of Kyle Field and the other two shadows on either side, are his parents. I love the story that this image tells, and think its fits right in to the theme!

Metcalfe Engagement Photos {Hermann Park}

And now introducing...Mr. and Mrs. Metcalfe!! :)

I normally do engagement sessions before the wedding, but due to timing/schedules, we ended up doing the pictures after they were married! It was a gorgeous day with a beautiful couple, and I had a lot of fun doing these pictures.  I hope you enjoy them as much as I did.

Congrats Kristin and Wesley! I wish you a long life together full of love and happiness!

Bowen's Baptism {Christ the Redeemer Catholic Church-Cypress, Texas}

Everyone meet the precious Bowen! This past Sunday I had the honor of being present with family and friends for Bowen's Baptism.  It was a beautiful celebration in an absolutely gorgeous church!!! Congrats Dana and Eric for having two extremely precious little boys! May you continue to always be blessed. Thanks for letting me be part of this special day. Enjoy!

Tickled Pink

Genna is 5 and she is all about PINK.  When I saw the theme was Tickled Pink for this weeks I Heart Faces Photo Challenge, I knew that I had to enter this image for two reasons. One, its very PINK (right down to the tennis shoes with her pink tutu and pink fingernails!) , and two, I just heart this girl to pieces, and this picture just encompasses her personality so much right now. So here it is!

Tobola Family- Downtown Bryan

This blog is a little bit late.  But, better late than never right? :)

Every time we make a trip to College Station where we need to stay the night, Gary and Sarah are nice enough to let us stay with them at their house. Hotel Tobola we have named it. :) And since I had the Kyle Field mini sessions starting at 8:30am on a Sunday, we decided to go up on Saturday afternoon.  So, while I was in town, we headed to downtown Bryan to get some extra family shots in. Lance even got a brand new pair of cowboy boots to show off! Its been so much fun watching this little one grow up!

Sarah and Gary- thanks for being such great friends, and for always opening your home to us! Love you guys. Enjoy!

Molly Takes over Sugarbaby's!

Molly has made several appearances on my blog, so I'm sure there are no introductions necessary for this adorable, precious, hilarrious, make-your-heart-melt little girl. :) I have been dying to shoot some pictures at Sugarbaby's for a while, and I just knew that Molly had to be my model! So, when this opportunity came up, I was super excited! Of course, I thought the highlight of the shoot was going to be giving her a cupcake at the end and capturing her eating it. But, Molly had different plans for us! She wasn't too thrilled with the whole eating a cupcake sitting on the floor idea. And unlike when she was a baby, she also wasnt too thrilled about sitting in one spot and letting me take pictures of her! :) BUT, in true Molly fashion, I was still able to capture some great photos, and I just always love her facial expressions! Can't help but smile! Enjoy! (and thanks Donna for letting me borrow your fabulous model!)
